José Dolores Pico diario ... : ms. S, 1815 Nov. 3-Dec. 3.

Copy, signed by Pico at Mission San Juan Bautista, Dec. 3, 1815, as a report to Governor Pablo de Sola, on expedition in search of runaway Indians. This expedition in company with Fr. Jaime Escude was joined in the San Joaquin Valley by the expedition led by Juan Ortega and returned with them. One of the "Grandes Expediciones." Includes typed transcript and typed translation by John Marshall and Invadelle D. Garrison.
